Readability is from the same guys who brought us Google Redisigned. This is particularly a good Firefox addon if you like reading websites without all the ads, menus, sidebars, and other crap. This is also a nice addition if you like printing out an article and reading it in another room, like in bed or on the toilet ... or in the bath.
Readabilty essentially strips out all the extra stuff around the articles and gives you a nice clean page. There are also so different formats and layouts to choose from if you like to change up your reading experience.
