Have you ever been doing something and the annoying Sticky Keys warning popups in the middle of the screeen. You press No and it goes away.
It's a pretty helpful accessibility feature for some people, but a real in pain in ass for the rest of us.

You can disable this by going to the Ease of Access Center by clicking the link in the dialog.
If you didn't click the link you can get there by going to the Ease of Access Center in the Control Panel and clicking on Make the keyboard easier to use.

For that, you'll have to click on either Set up Filter Keys or Set up Sticky Keys (or both).
Disable Filter Keys PopupFrom the Set up Filter Keys window, un-check Turn on Filter Keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds.

From the Setup Sticky Keys window, uncheck the box for Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times.

That should put a stop to the annoying pop-ups.
